We are group of Christians committed together to serve God, serve one another, and serve those around us.
Our desire is to establish churches in the Puget Sound area that offer an alternative to people who have given up on church and organized religion.
To millions of Americans today, church is irrelevant. For many people, the church no longer holds any meaning or relevant answers to today's tough questions. Some may think that churches:
- Don't deal with real life.
- Are afraid to tackle tough questions.
- Are not open to all kinds of people, or are too quick to judge other people.
- Only try to make people people feel guilty without offering genuine answers.
- Are only interested in getting members.
- Are only interested in money.
- Begin and end on Sunday mornings.
We want to replace that way of thinking with a fresh, new outlook.
At The Expedition, you'll find a willingness to tackle tough questions in an accepting atmosphere among people from a variety of backgrounds.
